Maybe crazy, but the morale budget is a longstanding tradition at Microsoft. Off the top of my head, I can recall team-sponsored popcorn machines in the hallway (not little rinky-dink ones, but the big ones with wheels), renting entire movie theaters for first-run showings, field trips to all sorts of places...
Wow. I wish my company could afford this. Maybe when we're worth $284 billion.
